Almond Joy Bark


1/2 cup of chocolate (or preferred flavor) protein (I used Vegan Chocolate Shakeology)

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

2 TBSP maple syrup

Desired toppings: I did unsweetened coconut flakes, almonds, and

sea salt.


Mix together all ingredients (I doubled) and pour into lined dish and

then top with all vour favorites and freeze for a couple hours.

Break and enjoy! Keep refrigerated in air tight container as coconut

oil will melt at room temperature.
