Ferrero Rocher Overnight Oats


1/2 cup oats

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 banana, mashed

1/2 cup almond milk

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Shakeology)


3 tbsp chocolate chips, melted

1 tsp coconut oil, melted

1 tbsp hazelnuts, crushed

1 Ferrero Rocher (optional, if you have them on hand)


1) Add all oat ingredients to a bowl or jar. Stir well and refrigerate

for minimum 2-3 hours or overnight.

2) Once oats are set, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut

oil in microwave.

3) Pour chocolate over top of oats, then add crushed hazelnuts &

Ferrero Rocher if using

4) Put oats in freezer for chocolate to solidify. This will take about

10 minutes.

5) Crack open and enjoy!
